At Flowers Lab, we create fresh floral arrangements that are made specifically for each order. Because flowers are a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the arrangement, and we will be happy to review your concern.
Order cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Once an order has been prepared or delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
